Does Your Agent Work For You?

Updated: Dec 17, 2023

Although agents can represent both a buyer and seller in a transaction – dual agency – and many do this successfully and with integrity, I have chosen to represent only one party. If a buyer client of mine is interested in a property that I list, I will refer that client to another agent to represent them. I want to make sure there are no perceived conflicts of interest and that you know I am 100% in your corner. My job is to obtain the best price, terms, and conditions for YOU.

When we work together, it’s all about you. I represent your interests and have a fiduciary duty to you.
