Does Your Agent Work For You?

While agents can legally represent both a buyer and a seller in the same transaction, known as dual agency, I have chosen a different path: I represent only one party.

If a buyer client of mine is interested in a property that I have listed, I will refer that client to a trusted colleague for representation. This ensures there are no perceived conflicts of interest, and you know I am 100% in your corner. My fiduciary duty is clear: my job is to obtain the best price, terms, and conditions for YOU.

When we work together, it’s all about you. I represent your interests and have a fiduciary duty to you.

What It Means to Be WORKING FOR YOU

Here is my commitment to you:

  • Dedicated Representation: I strive to represent you well by being friendly, prepared, and professional in all my dealings with other agents, clients, and service providers. Your reputation is safe with me.

  • Concierge-Level Service: This is more than just closing a deal. I provide personalized support and attention throughout the entire process, anticipating your needs and handling details smoothly from listing to closing.

  • Communication Tailored to You: I ensure regular communication, whether or not I have anything new to report. We'll agree on a communication cadence that works best for you—be it a regular email, phone call, or Zoom update—to ensure we're in lockstep and all your questions are answered. However, I am available at your convenience! Call, text, or email me anytime in-between our scheduled updates.

  • Cape Cod Expert: I thrive on the diversity, nuance, and complexity of real estate on Cape Cod. Being an expert resource to my clients is a clear advantage. I am always available to be your sharpest tool for a successful transaction.

Preparation is Everything

As a full-time Realtor®, I live and breathe real estate every day. I’m in hundreds of houses a year and I work with both buyers and sellers, so I know what’s important to each. I take my role very seriously and focus on every way I can extract the most value for your house.

I take the time to strategically prepare your house for the market. I know exactly what buyers want in the Cape Cod market to maximize your sale price.
