Cape Cod’s luxury real estate market entered the heart of summer with stronger sales activity, lower inventory and faster selling times than a year ago. In June, 69 luxury single-family homes sold across Cape Cod, up 64% from 42 sales in June 2025. At the same time, available inventory declined from 314 homes to 268, a 15% year-over-year decrease.
