I do this by being an advisor and guide who knows the right questions to ask, gives clear options, structures deals for success, offers a network of resources, and helps anticipate and avert roadblocks. Of course, doing this with optimism and friendliness is a must.

Being in real estate has been a great continuation of my business background. I co-founded a successful e-commerce company over 15 years ago, building on my experience in both corporate and start-up marketing. I had always loved real estate and, after investing in and renovating both residential and commercial properties, I enjoyed it so much that I decided to become an agent.

When we work together, it’s all about you. I represent your interests and have a fiduciary duty to you. Although agents can represent both a buyer and seller in a transaction – dual agency – and many do this successfully and with integrity, I have chosen to represent only one party. If a buyer client of mine is interested in a property that I list, I will refer that client to another agent to represent them. I want to make sure there are no perceived conflicts of interest and that you know I am 100% in your corner. My job is to obtain the best price, terms, and conditions for YOU.
